Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders June 7, 2010, Snowfield Development Corp. has consolidated its capital on a 1:12 basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, the shares of Snowfield Development will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a junior natural resource -- mining company.
